IW221: Introductory Dreamweaver MX 2004 (2 DAYS)

Course Overview

This course is designed for anyone beginning to use Dreamweaver MX 2004 to develop simple to intermediate web content. It covers: the Dreamweaver User Interface/Workspace; building basic web pages; working with colours, images and backgrounds; working with links, tables, styles, layers, image maps, metadata, forms and DHTML; navigation options; and introductory Site Management.

This course is aimed specifically at:

  • Existing content creators familiar with no or other tools who want to move to using Dreamweaver MX 2004
  • Webmasters, Web server administrators, System administrators who need to administer content which has been created using Dreamweaver MX 2004
  • Traditional web application developers who want to master the content creation part of web application development

Pre-Requisites

Attendees must have a basic understanding of the Internet and be familiar with using browsers. A familiarity with HTML is beneficial but not essential.
